Updating and reorganizing the Software pages a bit this evening. I’ve installed a bug tracking system and am in the process of configuring it to suit my needs. I’ll have it done by the end of the evening.

phpGenePro is coming along nicely, albeit a bit slowly because I’ve been working on some other client commissioned projects. I’ve replaced all of the genealogy functions with a set of classes that encapsulate all the database access and other code, so that the display scripts are now almost completely separate from the logic.
Update 2/10/05: phpGenePro eventually evolved into my open source Retrospect-GDS project.
I’m currently working on a new project called phpGenePro. This will be a commercial enhancement to phpGene that will take all the work out of setting up a PHP/MySQL genealogy site.

Had a great vacation in Cancun last week. Expect some new photo galleries of Chichen Itza, Xcaret, and Tulum soon.
I ordered a new printer and am expecting to receive it next week. The printer is a Canon S9000, which I will be using to make black & white piezography prints.
I’m also working on scanning a lot of old travel photos which I plan on uploading to the photo galleries over the next few weeks.
