If you’re a fan of the YourSQL utililty for MySQL, and you’ve recently switched to an Intel based Mac you’ve probably found that it runs slowly (or not at all) under Rosetta. I’ve compiled an Intel only binary and am making it available here. This is the latest development build (1.8.0e). Just open the disk image and drag the YourSQL icon to your Applications folder.

You can download here, or click on the icon to download:

Works! Thank you! I had almost given up trying to get YourSQL to work on my Intel Mac before I came across your website.

I’m on an INTEL iMac Duo CORE and now everytime I launch YourSQL v1.7.2 or v1.8.0e, I get the error message…

“No document could be created

How can I get around this?

What a relief! There aren’t many applications that work properly with old versions of MySQL, so when I found MySQL wouldn’t work on my Intel Mac I started to panic! Thank you.

How did you compile this Intel version?
